i will not recommend Betta Smile very unprofessional to me, making the patients move furniture around, keeping them in... a chair for 3h 45 min, when asked why she keeps product on your teeth so long and why, i get told who is the professional...... im extremely mad for paying R3600 to have teeth whitened that isn't even white and when i asked for a refund because i'm not prepared for my daughter to go back to sit in a chair for another 3h45m Colleen told me no she won't because she doesn't drive a fancy car and live in a mansion home...... i only gave 1 star to be able to post this review.read more

Colleen is an absolute genius when it comes to teeth whitening. I went to her with teeth the shade of butter (due to... taking antibiotics at a very young age) and left with brilliant, pearly white teeth after just two sessions. I can not thank you enough, Colleen. For those thinking of whitening up, dont even delay. It's worth every cent. What to expect: after a super warm greeting from Colleen (she's amazing with a killer sense of humor) she will do a thorough inspection of your teeth (entirely pain free) and clean it Next, she applies the gel onto your teeth and allows you to watch a movie and/or series. By the time the movie is done, your teeth will be significantly whiter and will actually keep getting whiter over the next 48 hours (provided you eat the correct foods). Tips: take a pain tablet before hand! I took x2 Mybulens. The zingers after your session is not exactly pleasant, the tablets will spare you a great deal. Trust me. Many feel that Colleen is "distracted" or not very forthcoming when it comes to what to expect. I understand why they would feel that way, however Colleen has been doing this forever and is literally a walking, living teeth god. She is a pro at this thus can come across as oblivious/ uncaring or desensitized. I suppose it's a side effect of being genius. I can assure you she cares.@BettaSmile YOU ARE LIFE CHANGING!read more

Colleen is amazing, she goes the extra mile and she is extremely affordable! I had my teeth whitened. If I'm honest, to... me it was extremely painful, but that's not Colleen's fault as I think my teeth might just be more sensitive. But overall it was actually quite a nice experience!read more

Most painful teeth clean both myself and my husband have ever had (and we go regularly to our hygienist). Colleen is a... sweet lady but a bit all over the place probably due to the fact that she has so many patients at the same time. Doesn't keep track of the time, she asks you how long it's been on for. Didn't expect to have to come back for two more 3 hour sessions which is fine but she doesn't explain that before hand. Both my teeth and my husband's teeth didn't go as white as we hoped they would have even after 3 x 3 hour sessions.read more

Nothing but 5 Stars for Collen, she's absolutely fantastic. So friendly and her passion about her work is just amazing.... Great experience for me, her premises are clean, neat and so so lovely. She makes sure you are comfortable and relaxed. For such 5 start treatment you'd think you will pay an arm and a leg, her prices are so reasonable. A wonderful lady who is truly passionate about her work. I arrived hating what me teeth looked like and frightened of... being hurt during the cleaning process which had happened elsewhere and Colleen was exceptional. Talked me through the process, got to watch a great movie, had fillings replaced and walked out with a smile so big I couldn’t recognize it. FURTHER EDITED UPDATE.. Waste of money. Already gone. EDITED UPDATE...initial results were great but with great... care now just look like I had a normal clean at the dentist. I am brushing twice a day and flossing. It's been a week and half and I didn't expect this. It now looks like when you paint nail polish and it fades around the edges until you are left with that bit in the middle. I wish I could see how others fared. INITIAL REVIEW... Great results. Lovely premises and a lovely lady. My first session took 3 hours and after application you go to a private room and can watch a movie. I didn't realise I had to go back again the next day to have the second session which was a further 4 hours. Colleen asked me on the second session what time did we start which worried me because I could only guess and assumed she would know! She was very busy and I think that leads to being a bit all over the place. She wanted to charge me for a teeth clean which the day before she said she wouldn't charge and she said she'd file a tooth for free but I didn't remind her because she had a patient in every room. It would have been nice to have more prep info but overall she makes you feel welcome and at ease.read more
